Finding a high quality MLM business lead today can be a real challenge. There are just so many services and websites out there offering lead services. Where do you start? Should you buy opportunity seeker leads or genealogy leads? Perhaps you should buy a list from a list broker. Maybe you will go out and find your own leads or invest in an advertising campaign. Before you do anything, let me tell you from experience what is effective and what it not.
Genealogy leads – They are previous network marketers that are in some kind of database with names, emails, and hopefully phone numbers that work. The problems with these leads are that they are usually very old and give you no clue into what each distributor did. Many of the leads are incorrect and most of the correct leads that are correct will be people that never did anything in network marketing. You have to go through hundreds of these leads to have success.
Opportunity seeker leads – The main problem with buying these leads is that the price is usually around $3 – $ 10 a lead. These leads may not be interested in network marketing at all and just looking for a job from home. Many of these leads I’ve called were absolutely broke and since you had no relationship with them, they were tough to direct to your opportunity. To have success with these, you must build up your phone skills and know how to quickly build relationships with these strangers over the phone. It takes skill indeed.
Honestly, it’s not easy to find quality MLM business leads. I highly recommend creating your own quality MLM business leads by using a sales system of your own that promotes you as someone that can absolutely help them create an income from home. When you call these prospects, they already have a relationship with you and what you offer. No more rejection! This will help you do more in your business and you will start seeing success.
